Don’t be confused by the title above. I decided to join the challenge of English Friday held by BEC. And the theme of this week is For only one chance, what kind of tool you will grab from Doraemon’s magic pocket?
Woohoo! I love Doraemon! And of course all the gadgets. But, if i have only one chance to meet Doraemon, what will i pick from his pocket?
I think the popular thing should be the ‘Anywhere Door’. Hmm… it is good. If i choose that, i can go to my home town and back anytime without flying for a long-tiring-and-boring-8 hours by plane. Sounds great! 😀
But, no. I don’t want that. The most thing i want right now is….
Honyaku Konyaku!! *pronounced with Doraemon’s tone*
Oopps. It’s Japanese. In english means Translation Jelly. Jelly? Emm… kind of that. 😛
If you eat that konyaku, you’ll be able to understand and speak any known language in this universe. It’s cool, huh? I need this thing! You know, i live in Japan and my japanese isn’t good enough. Sometimes i still don’t get what my professor said. Or can’t answer what my part-time partner obaachan ask me to. Even don’t know how to explain things in japanese to my sweet daughter! Aarrggh. Uhuk! >_<;
Did you ever seen konyaku? Konyaku is a traditional Japanese jelly. It’s not sweet nor bitter. It tastes bland, i think. At first i didn’t like it, but once i know the greatness of this konyaku ( 😛 ), so i want to eat it. And imagine after that i became an expert in japanese. Wow! Excellent! 😀
Could it be real? Oh yeah, you can expect these people to make it true. 😉
その先に未来がある。 <sono saki ni mirai ga aru>
From there on, there is a future. 🙂
How is it, Doraemon? 😉
